Entering my 70s was a milestone worth celebrating . When I celebrated my 70th birthday, I noticed a quiet internal shift, and I began to see life differently. When I look back at my younger years, I realize how much importance I once gave to things that now seem far less significant. The worries of my 30s, 40s, and 50s have gradually lost their power. With the passing of years, I have come to value simple but important things in life- good health, meaningful relationships, time, and peace of mind.
